About plans and billing.
Can I try Adventure Builder before I pay?
Yes. Every account starts on Free, with no card: Campaign Home, your campaigns and the whole Library, with your notes on any record. The other tools say which plan opens them.
What is the difference between Adventure and Mythic?
Room. Mythic has everything in Adventure, with 50 GB for your maps, images and audio instead of 10 GB.
Is paying by the year cheaper?
Yes. A year of Adventure is $79 and a year of Mythic is $128: about 18% less than twelve months.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe's own checkout page. Adventure Builder never sees your card number. Prices are in US dollars.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in Settings, then Plan & billing, which shows what a change costs before you confirm it. A bigger plan starts as soon as its payment goes through, and what you had paid but not used counts toward it. A smaller plan starts when the period you paid for ends. On the same plan, paying by the year starts at once, and paying by the month when the period ends.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in Settings, then Plan & billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and then the account is on Free.
What happens to my campaigns when a plan ends?
They stay in your account. Campaign Home and the Library stay open, Backup & import still downloads everything, and the other tools open again as soon as you have a plan.
Does a plan pay for Voice?
No. Voice requires a paid plan and your own billed Google Gemini API key: Google bills you directly for what it uses, and Adventure Builder never sees your bill. See Your Gemini API key.
